EXPERIENCE
I am Jennifer Gray, the Owner and Founder of The Maven Collective. My Hospitality journey began at The University of Central Florida in Orlando where I studied Business with emphasis on Hospitality Management.
In 1998, I started in the hotel side of the industry. Over the years I have had the fortune of working for many of the great brands including Westin, Marriott, Hyatt and independent luxury properties. The properties afforded me a wide range of experience due to the vast variety – ski resorts, larger convention hotels, an airport property, city locations, urban, an intimate luxury boutique property and even a casino resort. Each position with a different dynamic from which to learn. Whether the brand, the market, the assigned sales territory, my fellow colleagues, the customers, every moment broadened my scope.
The Maven Collective, LLC. was formed and I became IATAN accredited in 2026. This validation is the gold standard for travel agents and intermediaries and recognized industry wide and globally for its credibility.
The Maven Collective represents, not only my daughter’s (Maven) name 😉, but all that I have collected and gathered in my hospitality journey that I am anxious to expertly make use of in my services and solutions in your next search!
